This is the Future Paradox form of Bulbasaur, Chronasaur. When I said a National Dex's worth of Paradox Pokemon, I meant it.

Chronasaur reimagines Bulbasaur as a cyborg dinosaur fused with plant-like machinery.

Ability: Time Warp - When Chronasaur faints, it has a chance of confusing all opposing Pokémon.

Learned by Level Up: Tackle (1), Vine Whip (5), Thunder Shock (10), Iron Tail (15), Energy Ball (20), Gyro Ball (25), Recycle (30), Power Whip (35), Magnet Rise (40), Leaf Blade (45), Verdant Surge (50) - Powerful Grass-type move that heals Chronasaur for a portion of the damage dealt.

Design:
Chronasaur combines Bulbasaur's reptilian features with a robotic exoskeleton. Its squat build is replaced with a sleeker, more bipedal form. Its thick legs are encased in metallic plating, with clawed feet. The flower bulb on its back is replaced by a glowing green orb encased in a metal housing. This orb pulsates with energy and serves as its power core. Chronasaur retains Bulbasaur's large eyes, but they now have a digital, clock-like appearance.蔦 (tsuta) vines snake around Chronasaur's body and limbs, connecting to various points on its exoskeleton. These vines glow faintly and appear to be organic in nature, contrasting the mechanical parts of its body.
