Been forever since I uploaded anything. Been pretty busy :/I know I've done Nightwing on here before, but here's a new concept design I did. It's a bit different from my last. All done in Adobe Photoshop.

From my eyes, this looks like a subtle fusion of Bucky Barnes (aka The Winter Soldier) and Dick Grayson (aka Nightwing).
