In that universe, Octavia is named Octa-Chan, and she is an obsessive yandere blue alien girl who is madly in love with Joey. of course, she's the opposite of the Octavia we all know. Octaiva is shy and timid, can't stand a crowded place. Octa-Chan is just pure crazy, she can just run though a crowd just to get to Joey. In other times whenever she's not chasing Joey, she has the attitude of a Japanese school girl. That's all.
