You have drawn it very well. The art style reminds me of the 2000s Disney cartoon series called, Brandy and Mr Whiskers, but the technique makes your art style is still unique to me because of the eyes. I'm really surprised for how you have done with inking and outline. The inking is very good. It shows the contrast very well. The thickness of the outline is good because it focuses on the characters very well, but the outline at Judy's ears, and Nick's tail and left feet are too thick. The shapes of the thumbs are different.
In summary, you have drawn very well. The art style is unique. The inking is very good. The thickness is very good but needs to fix some of the parts. The thumbs need to be fixed.
