Yes, that's Khunis as an Octoling/Inkling Hybrid test subject in the sewers with a small, yet maturely aged Inkling. Since a friend of mine had an Inkling character, I had to just make an art piece of both characters meeting each other.

And before you judge what Khunis is Doing, he's just like the Suave Merchant who aids the hero with all sorts of items. A Merchant that has Ink packets and all sort of stuff. This idea was made from the Octoling DLC trailer that I watched and just....well took it from there. Do I play Splatoon? No. Do I know of it? Of course I do. How would I know what an inkling is? Anyway, Splatoon stuff because reasons.
