I've asked Vincent Waller on Twitter about them and if they can have a cameo in an upcoming episode.

Surfer fish in the top and green headed fish at the bottom right are from "Suds" (the former has appeared more than once in the show ("I Was a Teenage Gary", "Pickles", "Neptune's Spatula", "Patty Hype", "Your Shoe's Untied", ")

The one with the belly sticking out is from "Pickles" and only has had 1 quote "Oh hey! SpongeBob's back!". He did also appear in "Walking Small", Your Shoe's Untied", and "Bubble Buddy"

The olive green one on the top right is really unusual and has appeared in "Pickles", "Patty Hype", "Neptune's Spatula", etc. but disappeared in the middle of the 2nd season

The purple lilac one in the dark blue dress (with a kid version of Harold) appeared in "Your Shoe's Untied", "Sandy's Rocket", and "Wormy", but then again I think she was then recycled into the rich and formal background characters often seen in Season 5-6 and later

The unknown crab on the top left was really unusual and only appeared in "Pickles" and the end of "Walking Small" (he is very tiny there, on a towel, and it is shown that he is more like an actual crab unlike Mr. Krabs (having 8 legs, having eyes on antennaes like boppers), having a Sesame Street Martian-like mouth, etc., to the point I imagine him as Mr. Krab's estranged son

The kid on the left is pretty odd and only appeared in "Patty Hype" and "Squid's Day Off". Probably since he looked similar to Tyler or was too generic
