I don't exactly know why, but... with the green-glowy aura/light, she makes me think, for some odd reasons, of Mephisto from Diablo 2.

Chrysalis was a great villain! Her plan seemed genuinely more evil than that of Nightmare Moon's or Discord's (granted, their's were pretty bad (in Discord's case, HILARIOUS) in and of themselves.)
I hope when season 3 rolls around, we see more of her, even if only a flashback or two. :3
