I don't think that they are actually reversed it's just that Lyra was understandably taken by surprise by the whole Secret Agent thing. Lyra treated Bench sitting like it was a special event, and thought eating Imported oatmeal was a "Deep Dark Secret" so I think Lyra in the show might be a little quirky too.Β
