Description
So the Wonder Bolts, no doubt, resemble The Blue Angels and someone suggested Dash should fly them. So what the hay!Ponies in your air space! Dance with the Angels!
A couple notes.: I used a couple of pics for reference. I don't have a model F/A-18 at hand so would be quite difficult! Omitted pilot names on the planes. I didn't want the pic to be heavily detailed. As long as they look like F/A-18s, we're good to go.
Very satisfied with how Rainbow Dash turned out.

Well, she is definitely supersonic, but I don't know if she could race fairly alongside it since the SR-71's preferred racing grounds are probably above her service ceiling.

Yeah, that's a good point. She's got the speed and G-force tolerance, but she'd run into a problem of needing to breathe.

As someone who grew up in the Florida Panhandle near the home of the Blue Angles, I have to say that you did them justice. I absolutely LOVE this piece.

Looks like Rainbow Dash flying within the planes' formation is just the paradigm of ponies and aircraft. No complaints here!

Except she would probably refuse the missiles on moral grounds, and just haul back two or three of her KOs per mission. Lower number of neutralizations, but the intel benefits would be worth it. I think the off-balanceness regaining conscieness shackled in mid-air, dangling by one leg from a creature that nobody knew existed until recently(a demon hauling you off to hell in the minds of many of America's current opposed combatants?) would set them nicely off balance for the interrogation after she landed.
