i don't have a problem with SOMEONE'S art. i have a problem with a fucking overabundance of PONY ART on this site thats flooded in since last summer. if this person didnt expect some kind of negative comment when they got on the FRONT PAGE then they are SORELY MISTAKEN. deviantart is a site of opinions, you probably hate something i love too, dont you?

Key words being "Get out of the internet". You're basically saying that because the artist is making fanart of something that you don't like, he should get off of the internet. So no, you aren't an innocent little snowflake who is being lashed out against for having a difference in opinion, you are a schmuck trying to avoid confrontation by dismissing opposing arguments as "throwing a shitfit" after you yourself threw a verbal stone unprovoked.
And before you pull the "freedom of speech" card, allow me to tell you that while freedom of speech does give you the right to express your views, it also gives other people the right to challenge your viewpoints if your arguments are weak.
