Well, it was 1000 years exposed to the icy vacuum of space, so presumably microbial growth would be... limited?
That and the ionizing effect of GCRs and SEP due to the lack of many of the protective devices that the Earth has, would surely stave off any bothersome smell.
It'd depend on what kind of magic she used to survive, and may require a bit of sunbathing, which she may be cross about, considering it's a symbol of her sister's power.
