OF COURSE PSYCHOLIGHT IS CREEPY. Does no one realize HOW POWERFUL SHE IS? She can teleport INSIDE of objects now, which means she breaks the fundamental rule of teleportation: that one can visualize the destination. In fact, in doing so, she emerged smaller than her natural form inside the ball she teleported into.
This aside. Want It Need It Spell. This is a spell that rewrites willpower, rather than crushing it like Fluttershy's Stare. I imagine it's meant to be a suggestion spell in the hooves of a normal unicorn, but for the most powerful mortal spellcaster in Equestria, it becomes instant mind-domination. She could do more damage than Discord could, in a single day.
Combine this with the fact that she so easily loses control of herself over the simplest of things, and the idea that she WOULD do something that destructive becomes a very real possibility.
