You're guys asking if I will sell them online. That's a new venture for me there and I would ask around on how to do that. If I could do that. There's that thing about copyrights and all.

Hell, WhiteDove's been selling those plushies for ages now, even to Lauren Faust and guys at Studio B. The only thing with that is that Hasbro wanted her to take the prices off of her DA page.

yeah, cause why would companys bother with that?
I mean, if you saw someone selling buttons over the internet, would you sue them for every penny they have instead of working on something more important?
Plus, ponys has a huge fanbase, they want us to sell crap.
Someone sells original pony figures (DJ, Octavia, etc) and he names his products "Cartoon animated pretty ponys" to avoid copyrights.

Legally you would have to ask permission from Hasbro to legally sell your fanart items online or anywhere really. Though I think cons have always been exceptions....I think.

Its illegal to sell anything if your not the owner of said product, including plushys, fan art, Doujins and all that crap.
...But why sue someone for that? Like really, so companys dont bother with them |D

Though there are loopholes. Most companies don't care. I have no idea about Hasbro but there are few people who DO ask permission from them and they get it.
Disney cares...way too much. In order to play a disney film legally in a school etc...and show one thing that is disney owned a teacher had to pay approximately 300 dollars.... she learned her lesson and decided "no disney". It's okay to draw it all you want but if they get the whiff that you're profiting from it....apeshit!
It's better to stick with the companies that don't bother like you said or companies that will give you permission without some 500 dollar fee.
