Description In this design the angle on the Top Ring is essentially correct. In other illustrations I've made it is taller. Top Deck should lead to the Bridge Ceiling. There's a panel Michael Golden drew in issue 4 which seems to indicate this placement is correct. In making a model it would probably be helpful to cut out a circle with the Bridge Ceiling clearly indicated and even some supports for the engines as well.

When you try to figure out the internal spaces I think you have a better inner structure and certain details fall into place. As odd of a design as The Endeavor is it's even stranger to figure out. Most structures are designed from the ground up. The Endeavor is designed from the Top - Down which is counter-intuitive.

Through the various models I've constructed it seems the Top Deck floor should line up with the ceiling of the Bridge. You then figure out deck height going down. The bottom of Deck A or Deck 1 if you like should be the floor of the bridge and ceiling of Deck B/Deck 2. Deck C/Deck 3 would be the floor of the Airlock/Bay. That is if you decide the ship should have 3 interior decks. The Aft Airlock area and Hatch make sense and so does the Belly-Turret.
