Andrew was one of the dead and forgotten character pokemon oc of all time among others. He was created 2008 or 2009' originally he was supposed to be the handome your everday senpai character type thing until fewer of them and my anime oc name "John" when he developed back in 2014-2015. He is one of the supporting role and good friends of Diana and the gangs, he is currently the member of Team Rocket K II origination, he does not like what his jobs duties and its origination does is to steal and take over the power - the same as Team Rocket does, he does not like those the same thing. He is also great friends of Diana, Kaygeta, the gangs, and specially my anime oc male character name "John". He was going to be a rival of my pokemon oc trainer, but not really to it after all when I made him he belongs to the good sides.. This is the best what I can do of drawing him so.

Background story:
Andrew is very sweet and innocent pokemon trainer and departed that he used to work for Team Rocket K II origination that his job used to be is to steal pokemon, conquer for power and overcome that they are better than the other Team villainous origination of the Pokemon universe, but as recently he re-sign and was suggest by the Team Rocket Grunts and friends of there his pals to join the Team Rocket origination and left "Team Rocket K two" origination for whatever reason. He came from a well-educated background among his family and cousins in the area of Pallet Town; his dream was to become a helper with pokemon, train them, become as best team mates to work as a team, and never stop trying - believing in himself he has faith of his own what he can count on. His relationship is a very open and he has crushes love with only pokemon female trainer, villainess and few other girls (multi-shipping) expected he can also be paired with other canon female character depends. He sweetheart and caring lad only it is because he care what right for things and about pokemon teamwork, partnership, romance/ love, peaceful things, and happiness thoughts; which make him a positive guy. He still work for Team Rocket origination and work for the boss, but absolutely he is one of the friendly, sweetest, and sweetest Team Rocket grunt he ever is and he is not a mean person at all.
