oh no! You're not irritating at all! Promise!
If you look at my dance stock, you can see some of the stages of a move called the backbend. Original right? haha. But once I'd mastered having all my weight on my back leg, I started practicing sharing the weight and bending back. Big mistake most people make is releasing your neck as you go back, it'll throw off your balance. Vauge explanation sorry ^_^;;;
