This was the thought that ran through my head when my roommate let me at the leftover pizza that nobody wanted.Anyhow, it's been a while since I publicly indulged in some vanity, so here is yet another deviant ID. That's my mother on the left, unsure of what to make of the situation. And that's me on the right, running with a bowl of soup and (I don't know why, but) a fork.
I was trying to go for a scanned manga look with this. I must say, it's quite difficult.
Originally it was going to be Simon Belmont instead of my mom, but it didn't quite make sense.

I always love to see how artists draw/see themselves. The chibs I draw of myself always come out insane, too. V__V
On the technical side, you really hit the "scanned manga look." The only thing I think it could use is some really grainy gradiant-ishness (totally a word now) in the background.
I love the dialogue and the fork. Why not, huh? Throw that stuff in and see who notices.

I had a moment like this the other day. my friend was going on a diet. i ate her food. actually, i laughed maniacly, THEN ate her food, but i usually don't say that cuz people think I'm crazy. Cuz..well.....there still is a chance that I'm not...bwahahahaa-crap.

Just eat the solid thingies with the fork and then drink what's left. It might take a while to Β«fishΒ» all solid things (if they're small drink them too...).

Say that out loud next time. I do that all the time. It's quite amusing. Like going to some debutaunte ball and listen to some dude in a penguin suit talkin' bout politics, and then randomly saying, "Man, I've never seen a bigger booger in my life." I think it's the body proportions. Calvin had those trademark stumpy legs that were shorter than his torso.
