Description Hyrule Historia version of Link, from the comic in the back of the book.

I love the Legend of Zelda series ever since the N64 version back in 1998. It's a huge part of why I love elves. I haven't drawn Link anytime recently and wanted to draw a newer (hopefully better) version of Link. I always struggle to make Link NOT look girly. Dose anyone realize how girly his features are? No? okay. Well I gave him some manlier features so he wouldn't look so girly in my style.

I started experimenting with the brushes in sai and didn't need to use any textures. I wanted a more paintery look, but failed to achieve it. Oh well, next time.

I really love the way you drew Link. He's such a wonderful character. The lighting around him is so heavenly .

Really, really beautiful Yume! And makes me wish, even more, that I had a Wii U so I could play this game when it comes out...>>;

Thank you for sharing! <3 *squees and sighs happily*

Awesome work ^.^ Poor link with his girly features, no wonder people mistake him for Zelda

You're right though, His features are girly, but still.... Mmmmmmmm Link. *Drools* This picture is really nice! I'm in love with the use of values in light and shadows. The colors are really vibrant and you emphasized movement! This even looks like it's water color almost.
