A.N: Request by FangedBraveKyoryu for a rider based off the rumors before Fourze was released. I joined the Kamen Rider Community shortly after Wizard, so I was kinda in the dark on this one. Thankfully, I managed to find a reference sheet detailing the full span of rumours surrounding Fourze. I can't find it now, but I am thankful for it.
