There is so many fights going on in our world today, so many wars and hatred. Most times it is just because of differences, different beliefs, different looks, different cultures and traditions. Differences seem to scare us humans, as we cant predict or understand them sometimes, but in the end they make our lives so much richer and diverse.
Love is the answer. As always. We can and should try to love everyone, maybe not their actions or views, but them as individuals. That would solve all problems...

Oh, this time they actually seem to not be getting along, which is common among brothers.
As for what you said about love being the answer, I agree to a certain extent. However, allow me to quote the show Alnoah.Zero:
"Warfare is nothing but a means of negotiation between states. Wars break out even when there is no hatred. Territory, resources, or interests that you are determined to own. Ideology, religion, pride. Wars are fought over those objectives all the time. Meaning that when those objectives are met, the war will end. I really love this piece. It's gorgeous in so many ways, from the meaning and emotion it conveys, to the technique, and the colors, this is amazing. I especially like how the 2 lions aren't exactly the same, or symmetrical. The manes are different, and so are the facial expressions among other details. Great work!

In regards to your standpoint:
I agree with your overall philosophy, but when one group of people want to determine how you should live, act, work, love etc. understanding and trust is impossible. In general - If people leave me be, I will respect them. But governments, police, rules, taxes, laws...they all do only one thing - oppress people. How do you understand and respect those who oppress you?
(Im an anarchist - not left-winged or right-winged, I dont belive in ANY form of government - so for me peace and true respect are reserved for a few. Those who leave me live the life I choose. Those are unfortunately very few)
