Another Pokemon Fanart..
Dragonair was always one of my favourite Pokemon, its so elegant and beautyful! Tell me, what is your favourite Pokemon? 
Done in PS CS4 + Hanvon Graphic Tablet, about 14 hours

I don't know much of anything about Pokemon except for the people, Pokemon, and .. squirtle?.. but I absolutely love the detail in this image and the essence it captures. It truly is mesmerising. Great work.
