She slowly gets up on her knees with the Nigerian Grappler's arms still tight around her neck, instead of trying to pull her arms away, she grabs Tanya's arms from behind and tosses her over her head, finally released from the hold of the Nigerian Nightmare, she gets up to her feet while trying to catch her breath, glaring at her opponent from the other side of the ring.
