On Earth-65411, Eugene ''Flash'' Thompson went from high school bully, to football star and finally became an U.S Soldier. After losing his legs saving his men during a raid in the Middle East, he became depressed and thought this was the universe's punishment for bullying a classmate until he committed suicide. However, he's approached by Alchemax, a multinational chemical corporation that has worked alongside the US Government on the ''Symbiote Program''. They offer Flash to restore his legs and make him stronger than ever, as long he helps them hunt down the escaped symbiotes classified as ''Riot'', ''Phage'', ''Lasher'' and ''Agony''. With a chance to redeem himself, Flash now must learn to control his new ''friend'' and save the world from some artificial monsters.

Can he succeed on this mission? Or the symbiote will feed upon his dark past?

Easter Eggs: This reality's number would be a reference to the first time Agent Venom appeared in the comics, that being ''Amazing Spider-Man #654'' (In the story titled ''Rebirth''), published in April 2011. Besides Flash and his family (Father, mother and sister), most other Spider-Man related don't exist in this reality. However, the classmate he bullied was known as ''Pete'', very likely being Peter Parker.

Movie's Ending: Before they are destroyed, the five symbiotes decide to merge into a super-symbiote named ''Hybrid'' and take over the body of an innocent security guard, Scott Washington. Despite coming close to kill Agent Venom, Eddie uses Hybrid's unstable mind to his advantage and manages to destroy the super-symbiote once and for all. Due to his conflicts with Alchemax and almost being ''silenced''), Eddie runs away to survive along with Venom, who agrees on dealing with criminals as long he's well fed. During the post-credit scene, a piece of Venom was recovered and they decide to mix it with technology, leading to the future introduction of ''Scorn''.

TV Series: The sequel of this movie would be a television series named ''Agent Venom - Slaughter & Laughter''. In this series, Flash adopts to the runaway vigilante lifestyle after ''betraying'' Alchemax and upon settling in New York, comes face to face with the infamous crime lord known as ''Tombstone'', who would be the first season's main antagonist. At the start of the second season, its revealed that Alchemax erased all data about the Symbiote Program, but the head researcher, Carla Unger, wished to continue working on these creatures, as she became enthralled with their power after witnessing Agent Venom hunting the escaped specimens. After leaving Alchemax to work in Morse Laboratories, she would secretly work on mixing traces of Venom and Hybrid, while dealing with her abusive husband. Eventually, she manages to create a ''symbiote embryo'' and upon feeding it her blood, it rapidly grows to bond with her, transforming Carla into this universe's Carnage known as ''Slaughter''.

Symbiote Lore: The basic abilities gained by bonding with a symbiote are superhuman physique, telepathy (The symbiote and host develop a telepathic link), accelerated healing factor (Removing pre-existing ailments from the host's body and rapidly heal it from most injuries), advanced camouflage, wall-crawling, shape-shifting (Create weapons with their malleable biomass like blades and tentacles) and enhanced survivability (Having a symbiote allows the host to survive underwater or in space). Regarding their weaknesses, symbiotes are vulnerable to direct extreme heat and sonic-based attacks (Forcing the symbiote to separate from its host), though is possible to endure them better than others. The main form of sustenance of the symbiotes is ''Phenethylamine'', a chemical segregated by the brain or found in chocolate, needing to consume them to maintain their strength and not be consumed by a stronger symbiote. If a symbiote with a host doesn't consume enough phenethylamine, it will in turn consume the brain of its host out of fear of starvation (Obviously needing to find a new host after that).
