It is about a young lad that grew up with envy towards the fictional technology that cartoon characters so nonchalant made use of. Add some 21th century ACTUAL sci-fi levels of technology and some EXTREME emotional responses, and you have a hamster wearing a girlβs cut out face. Makes perfect sense to me.
