This appears to be a modified version of the Hydra logo from Marvel lore. Although they do have some vaguely Nazi-like aspects to them, they aren't Nazis, and I don't think this is Nazism.

Wrong. both Stan Lee and Jack Kirby wanted to make nazi villains in marvel but were unable to because of antisemitism in the United States, so instead they made a fictional organization very similar to the nazis with similar uniforms, ideology, replacing "heil hitler" with "hail hydra" etc. so for all intents and purposes they are nazis, just without the swastika.
