From what I've seen I conclude that her hand was huge before she was a rayquaza XD

In the fourth panel that white dot is her eye right?

From the eye I can conclude her head size is as large as the stone. Then I look at the previous panel... Her hand is as big, if not bigger, than the stone. So, therefore, that hand is as big, if not bigger then her head, which is abnormal XD
