Inspiration: EV-Zero
I see a lot of Eevee evolution ideas and decided to try my own, and so I went for a simple Flying type. I went with a body type very similar to Eevee's because I just wanted it to be different. This was also my first technically "painting" and I think I did a pretty good job.
