You have a clear idea with where you were going with this piece. It has that nice fantasy look to it without being too much like everything else out there. You clearly wanted a chinese feeling to the building structure.
While a Potions shop is not an original idea showing the herb garden next to it is. The water aspects of this piece are well done and add to the overall originality of the piece as well.
You've put a nice amount of work into detailing this piece. It would fit well as is in any game or manga book. I would suggest lookin at more dragon head statues as reference for the head mount piece at the top of the building. Right now it is coming off as more doglike. You could also try doing a lion head as those seem to be very populat in Chinese structure. The stairs on the side bother me a bit, while it is a nice idea to do the stairs to the upper entry on the outside of the building, they appear to cut off the side door to the lower part of the building. A couple steps with a small landing and then a few more steps would seem more accessible in that area. Better defining how to get to this shop might also be a good idea. While I could speculate that one gets there from the grassy area at the bottom of this image, that area also appears to be a cliff.
I love the piece as a whole, it comes off as a magical place tucked away from busy streets to go and buy one's potions from. The colors all work well together and I could see myself visiting a place like this and staying for hours because it does seems to have a peaceful air about it as well.

I love this, A great concept drawing with enough small details to make it stand out. the herb garden is a great touch. My favorite part about this piece is how it looks both clean and cluttered, like a very clean house with too many knick knacks in it. I don't particularly like the dog figurehead on the roof, it seems too much to me, but I'm sure others will find it charming. The water features are awesome and the foliage is great. one texture I'd work on is the rock face to the left of the waterfall
All in all this is a great piece, full of life and color, the concept drawing leaves a very warm impression.
