This looks super super awesome.
Since you asked for a critique, I'm gonna give you one.

Art department (based on my gut)
I like the metal finish you have given them, it looks very metaly with a pinch of dust to it, but every part of them sort of has the same finish. Try making different surfaces, like lights (white sectioned things) look like glass, ruber parts rubbery and so on.
Also the perspective seems to be inconsistent in regard to the ground and the wheels (the back wheels are smaller, but still placed too far apart IMO), or were you going for a more isometric look since this is a design concept?

Robot design (im a robotics engineering student )
I think that with every purposeful design you should start with brainstorming ideas about the thing that you want to draw/design/make with functionality in mind, asking your self questions like what environment are they specialized for? what do they do? what feature will make it simpler for them?... stuff like that. When done you take the best ideas and throw away the ones that don't work with your artistic idea. This process is also awesome when you don't have inspiration at the moment.

The extinguisher - the water coming in to his left arm is not connected to the right arm, also there is no suspension on the wheels for turning. And as an idea I would suggest some kind of heat shield in the front to prevent the tires form melting or something.

Medic - missing the suspension for turning, but other then the plus sign on his chest I don't see why he is a medic. There isn't much on him that defines his work. you should probably add some health related equipment on him to make his job clear, maybe a oxygen tank for potential victims.

Search and rescue - there is no suspension issue here, because he's wheels are not deigned that way, so he turns by accelerating different tires at different times, nice. He reminds me of NASA-s rovers . But for some reason he is the only one without head lights. IMO he should have the most headlights on him because it will make his job easier, and maybe add some human detecting sensors on him, to find people in the rubble.

That's about it, hope i wasn't unpleasant, but take pride in everything i didn't mention because that means its perfect, for instance the overall robot structures, I specially like the knee in the medic, it just looks right to me.
Cheers.
