Now here's a throwback I made during the Pokemon 20th anniversary featuring blue turning into a blastoise!blue had rushed into he burning building to see if any people and Pokemon were hurt. When he saw none he used his new poke tech watch to transform into blastoise and put out the flames!
So some of you may remember this style from this and this inspired by this www.furaffinity.net/view/65844… . I've always been meaning to add blue do a long time and I'm glad I finished the set!
