Yes, the setting is good and the model and lighting should be perfect, but I think that's just the problem. It's too perfect. If she had ratty hair and torn fishnets then it could've worked better.
As it is she looks like a Hollywood hooker; too clean to be believable. I'm sure she's a pretty girl, you just can't see enough of her.
P.S. I don't mean any offence with the prostitute comment.
