Nice take on Gobby. It sorta reminds me of the Humberto Ramos style Green Goblin, only you actually made him look more serious and less cartoony & less bulky looking.
It even resembles a merge of Ramos' Green Goblin and William Dafoe's movie Green Goblin (due to the facial angles on the mask.)
