That's Not funny that's a serious condition medical condition to those who are less fortunate and don't have the money for treatment, 90% of cases worldwide gain the condition because they have an Iodine deficiancy. Treatment options depend on what causes it. You should feel sorry for the people who need to be exposed to radioactive Iodine. Some research has even shown that there may be a link between Goiter and Gastric Cancer.
I'm not trying to be a troll, I'm explaining the ramifications of goiter, it's not a laughing matter.
