It's J.P. Morgan after he's killed every other living soul on the planet except for the Rothchilds Clan, course them folk are all the way on the other side of the impassible toxic cesspool that used to be the atlantic ocean. But they're coming for him. he doesn't know when or how but no question about it them lowlife losers won't rest until they've killed every other living human on the planet. It's all about winning. but old J.P.s ready for 'em. He's got the worlds smallest nuclear device built into his jaw so if he's captured all he has to do is bite, and he'll be the winner of the human race.

There's a bit of a Borderlands feel with this place, mainly with the building design! I like it. It really looks like a post apocalyptic haven.
