Fuego is a gray Lusitano from Portugal. He speaks in a Portuguese accent. He is fresh, grumpy, and a little aggressive. Yet he is also athletic and always ready for action.

Vargus is a black Percheron-Saddlebred cross from the United States. He speaks in an American accent. He is soft, kind, gentle, and sweet. He is also quiet and much more friendly than his companion, Fuego.

Fuego: Well, Vargus, I will admit I am a huge Disney fan, especially with a keen eye on the princesses. Now if you were to ask me who my favorite Disney princess is, I would say it's Merida from "Brave."

Vargus: Why would you choose Princess Merida in particular? What exactly do you like about her?

Fuego: What do I like about her? She's full of action, and she has no need for protection from anyone. Oh, what a girl. Just the one for me. I also must mention how much I admire her wild curly red hair.

Vargus: You're not suggesting you want to marry her, are you?

Fuego: Of course not. She's a human and I'm a horse. Why would a horse marry a human? I would at least like to serve her as her steed. Just imagine, a graceful Lusitano like myself carrying a Scottish warrior princess. Galloping through the woods. Hunting for ferocious beasts. Searching for danger.

Vargus: Okay, Fuego. About that... I don't know if anyone ever told you, and I hate to break it to you, but Princess Merida already has a steed of her own. A big black horse named Angus. He's a powerful fellow, let me tell you.

Fuego (angrily): What? Really? That big black moose claims to be Princess Merida's steed? That cannot be. It's so unfair. I should be her steed not some... Vargus, do you know what breed Anger, Angle, Angie, what his name is is?

Vargus: You're asking what Angus' breed is?

Fuego: Yes.

Vargus: Angus is a Clydesdale. Unlike Lusitanos, Clydesdales originated in Scottland where Merida is from.

Fuego: Oooh, that big warthog stealing my princess and my thunder ahead of time. Lusitanos are fair more elegant and graceful than big, fat Clydesdales. You know what, Vargus? Perhaps you better tell me who your favorite Disney princess is just in case it helps calm my nerves by making me forget what I'm angry about.

Vargus: Thank you, Fuego. My favorite Disney princess is Snow White because she's the sweetest one out of all the Disney princesses. I love very sweet gals.

Fuego: Snow White. Piff. You like because she's the sweetest princess of all Disney history. You're too sweet to see more to life than I can see. What you need in order to get more active is more action. Princess Merida encourages to think action.

Vargus: Incidentally, Fuego, Princess Merida is not even a pure Disney character. She's only part Disney. The other part of her is Pixar. Disney and Pixar are not the same studio. They're two separate studios.

Fuego: Oh, what do you know, Vargus, you old ninny. I don't even care whether Princess Merida is a Disney character. She's still my favorite Disney princess.
