Tools used: pencil, Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Wacom Graphire 3 tabletI debated over whether to draw the older Gyakuten series' characters... but I really like this one's character designs. I mean... Naruhobo...
but MAN THIS GAME HAS TOO MANY HOT MANS. I didn't think I'd be complaining but SHIT, the pressure of doing them justice... OTL (LMAO terrible pun unintended)
And when I was drawing Vera. I realized I can't draw people without expressions LMAO.
I tried painting without blending as much I usually do (when I'm not cell-shading anyway). Oh, and -- for those of you who finished the game -- yes, they're holding hands. WANNA MAKE SOMETHING OF IT.

The way you colored this really fit
I really like the flatness of the background and how it's more or less repeating in their clothes.

It's sooo pretty. I love their expressions (they look so happy to persecute/defend?!) and how the background is so fitting. Red for Apollo, cards for Trucy. I also love how the background looks so natural, like it belongs there. And just about everything* else, which is a short way of saying I could go on forever. I really like this game, and I think you did it JUSTICE. <33333

I pretty much love how you color and the style/quality of your lineart. Nice and bold. And yeeeah foreshortening. And with hands, no less. The combination of those two I find difficult, so great job

I like the theme of ''cards'' that you implemented in this picture, it's hard to find fan art with a message nowadays. The character sketches you added in the background really add to the picture as well, but a few of them look slightly rushed. Anyways, I love the game and the picture almost as much! Keep up the great work!

I like the whole cards background mix that you made. Everyone inside the red diamonds adds a nice touch. The artwork is quite true to the game's design. I like that.
That and the males look as accurately as possible too. You do well with drawing young adults and even older adults.

I'm a huge fan of the outlined style with soft shades like this. You've really got vibrant colors and expressive character, which a lot of anime-styled art tends to lack. And is it bad that my favorite part of this pic is Ema being adorable in the background? xD
