D'ops. Not really happy with this one. Honestly, I made some not-so-happy errors around my layering and well, the color scheme and overall coloring came out badly. And the shadowing. As for the background... *sigh*... just ignore it. By the time I realized my layers boo-boo, it was too late.

But!

My husband has been nagging me for 12 months to draw an anime-version of us. *points up* So, there it is (as bad as it is). At the very least, it will sooth his nagging. But it's all okay, 'cause I love him.

Proportions are -way- off considering I didn't really go beyond bust and up in the initial sketch. Technically, my husband is short and muscular ... very muscular. And me? Well, I'm tall and thin. So even in reality, we sort of have a funky proportion thing going on.

And I guess I'll brag a little on my husband since we're on the subject. He's a geek. A nerd. When it comes to computers. But only the mechanics of computers. Give him a computer -program- and he's all: "...*poke*...*clears throat*... Honey, I need help..." (Okay, semi-brag/semi-taunt). He came back from a 15-month unit tour to Iraq last week. So, this is for him.
