Description
I'm finally getting work done on the clothes! I spent a few days learning some techniques and gathering ideas, here's the result. Opinions please! I'm not sure if I should leave the design "embroidering" golden colored to match his hair or make it silver to match the headband. Another comment is next time I probably won't do such wrinkly clothing, but since the photo I worked from was pretty much a big wrinkly shirt I just went with it. Ha. Please let me know what you think. This will also most likely be the last WIP for this piece! Next up the final product, hopefully!
PS the colors are quite a bit off than the real piece is. I will try to get that issue fixed when I upload the finished product.

Omg I love this! It's so awesome! I think it looks great as it does now. I do agree that maybe you want to put some shadow behind the collar so it looks more like his face is behind it, but it looks great. I love the clothing wrinkles! It looks like a really soft, snuggly tunic/shirt/fleece/.... elven hoodie? lol Great job! ^^

I like the gold too, but I thought maybe it'd clash with his silver band. I'm glad you like it.
Yes the chin is one thing I have to work on. ^_^ one of those frustrating spots
What do you think overall though?

I sorta like gold, it seems to flow well but it's really up to you.
About the shirt, around his chin it sorta makes him look like he has a lumpy chin. I'd try and define the edges more and just add more detail...maybe even a little shadowing? idk Something to help define the edges more
