This is what i think an amazon princess would have looked like. I dont mean to ramble but I feel I should explain it.. I tried to include alot of elements of various cultures. For example, the feathers and cloth garment (not finished) are reminicent of Native American culture, her necklace is islamic in design, the helmet is roman, the third eye on it echos buddhism, or the expansion of the mind. Other elements are the wings made with feathers which suggest a christian angel of sorts. She looks very sad. I did because the Amazon women were very strong and brutal in war, yet all people experience compasion and remorse. There are beaded metal tears on her helmet coming down from her eyes. I should also mention that the Amazon women only had one breast in order to more efficiently shoot arrows.
