I made this a month ago-ish, when i didnt have a lot of work and i was playing with filters and brushes randomly. I hate photostudio, but i like its starry brush. HAR imagine painting each of those stars using my senile and uncooperative mouse.

now that i look at this picture, it makes no sense at all. it was probably one of my thoughtless doodles. i think it was drawn on the back of a telephone bill. notice the guy has blue eyeballs, not eye colour, but eye whites. ewwwwwww. i saw that once on tv, where there's mutated babies with blue eyes and it looked so creepy. i wonder if the flag is digging into his skull?? or perhaps it's growing out of his skull? oh man. i get odd at this hour.
