I made two MLP OCs last month, but I forgot to post them until now. Anyway, here is my pegasus OC: Powder Snow!❄️🍩When she's not crafting snowflakes at Cloudsdale's famous weather factory, this chill pony is stopping by bakeries for a quick bite. Her normal routine changes when she encounters a peculiar traveler whom she befriends.
