This is the closest to the spirit of the original films of TINY TOONS. Each Tiny Toon was a protege of an established Warner Bros. pro. (in contrast to the Animaniacs who were wholly new).

At the end of one film, was the message "For a quality education, do not enroll at Acme Looniversity".
