I recall from an early issue of Sonic that he was dreaming that uncle Chuck was giving him a wheelbarrow full of chili dogs ! Sally woke him up, because as he was dreaming this, he was chewing up his shoes !
In that same story, an accident in Robotnik's lab restored uncle Chuck's free will (he had been a mindless robot since issue #0 of the orig. mini-series).
