Stitch: Fortunately, meega have back-up plan. (launches a signal rocket into space before Ace and Peabody have a chance to jam the signal. The rocket speeds into deep space before exploding and, in massive, glowing letters, the rocket message becomes obvious "Attention Dog Star Patrol. Your Help Is Needed On Earth Immediately. Meet Me In Big City As Soon As Absolutely Possible. Signed, Stitch.")
Paw Pooch: Look, we've got a distress message from Earth.
Brainy Barker: It's from one of Krypto's new friends, Stitch.
(the Dog Star Patrol arrives on Earth in a matter of minutes and Stitch wastes no time in explaining the situation)
Brainy: Okay, Stitch and I will work on freeing Ace and Peabody and apprehending this "Beastwoman". The rest of you work on rounding up the rest of the Big City criminals.
Bull Dog: No problem, guv'na ma'am. You can count on us.
Stitch: The source of her control is her whistle (though I'm surprised Peabody didn't think to take it from her before she could use it or at least provide himself and Ace with protective ear plugs to block out the whistle)
Brainy: Maybe he did, on BOTH counts, but Beastwoman figured out how to internalize her power over her years in prison.

As Brainy correctly guessed, BW now can use her power even without the whistle; she now only needs her normal voice, and has Peabody making her a machine that can send her commands all over the world.
BW - Soon, every fang, claw, hoof and horn on Earth will be under my control. *grins* And with the other villains on the loose, the non-animal heroes will be too busy to stop me.
As she says this, The Blimp (sp? I normally only watched the dubbed version of the show) is shooting his Blimp-Rays all over the Earth's atmosphere, so anyone flying (either by plane or by own power) turns into a morbidly obese person or animal that can barely move.

(Fortunately, given the nature of Mammoth Mutt's power [i.e. she can already balloon up to unbelievable sizes] the Blimp's ray has no visible effect on her, so, after a tough struggle, she is able to capture him and reverse the Blimp's ray)
Mammoth Mutt: That's one down.

(Hot Dog, with his heat powers, is able to counter Mister Cool's cold gun without too much trouble and recapture the villain)
Hot Dog: This one's going back to the cooler.

(meanwhile, Stitch manages to silence Beastwoman with a glue shot to the mouth)
Stitch: You only need your nose to breathe, so keep your mouth shut (as Brainy focuses her telepathic powers on freeing Ace and Peabody from Beastwoman's control). And to make sure you keep quiet (switches one of his blasters to sleeping gas to subdue Beastwoman and shoves the blaster set on sleeping gas straight up one of her nostrils to make sure she breathes the gas).

Ace- Well done... ungh... I knew what I was doing, but I couldn't stop myself from obeying her.
Peabody- Now, we must stop Super Thug; in our hypnotized state, Beast Woman made us give him the resources and technology to build himself an improved version of his super exo-skeleton.
Bulldog- How improved?
They feel the whole building trembling.
Ace- Superman-level strength!

Stitch: Well, he still has to have a weakness. I mean, I doubt Beastwoman would be stupid enough to give Super Thug the resources to build that armor without making sure you provided it with a weakness she could exploit in the event he double-crossed her.

Peabody- Stitch, he's a guy who hadn't been with a woman for years now, and she was 'nice' to him; at this point, Super Thug wouldn't even think about double crossing her. Besides, BW was planning on controling all the world's non-humans, so she would have a very big army to fight Super Thug if he ever turned against her.
Ace- Translation; the suit has no visible weaknesses.

Stitch: What about the joints of the armor? Powered armor is usually most vulnerable around the joints.
Ace: MOST vulnerable, yes. But even THOSE aren't easy targets. Super Thug thought to fortify the joints.
Stitch: But if Hot Dog and I were to combine my blasters with HIS heat blasts, that would be enough to override the joint fortifications, right?
Peabody: Yes, but it would take ALL FOUR of your blasters at full power AND Hot Dog's heat powers at full strength hitting all simultaneously to pull it off. And, even THEN, they would have to be direct hits.
Ace: Which means you would need FOUR clean shots; one for each joint.
Stitch: Which means we would need somebody to distract Super Thug long enough for us to make the shots. But that would take somebody fast enough to dodge most of his attacks and tough enough to take one or two of them in case Super Thug DOES manage to get in a couple of lucky shots.
Brainy: Or, simply, multiple intelligent and agile targets splitting his focus in as many directions as possible.

Peabody- Mmmm... you know, we had focused on trying to get Krypto back as soon as possible, and we're forgetting about another super pet with his same powers who would do this job perfectly.
Everyone- STREAKY!
Ace- I'll contact him.

Streaky gets the message and flies from Metropolis to Big City in less than two minutes.
Streaky: So? The standard distraction job right?
Brainy: That's right.
Streaky: (gulps but nods) Okay, but try to do your parts as quickly as possible, please. Yes, I'm fast, can fly AND I'm a reasonably small target, but I don't want to do this any longer than I absolutely have to (gets right to work distracting Super Thug)

ST- What? A cat? I hate pets! *tries to grab Streaky* A stinking dog helped Blue Falcon jail me, and now I'm fighting a stupid cat? I'll skin you alive!
Streaky does his best to stay away from his hands; luckily, he's super fast, but ST's exo-skeleton increases his speed as well, so Streaky is just barely dodging him.

(However, Streaky is doing his job as he is distracting Super Thug enough to give Stitch and Hot Dog clean shots at his exoskeleton's joints and the super-cat even contributes himself with heat vision blasts, which strike the joints at the exact same time as all four of Stitch's blasters and Hot Dog's heat breath. Within two minutes all of the joints of Super Thug's exoskeleton are taken out, which allows the other heroes to get him out of it and gift wrap him for the police)
Streaky: Well, that's out of the way. Now let's get to rounding up the other escaped baddies so I can get back to Metropolis and get back to my nap.
(the combined efforts of Ace, Peabody, Stitch, Streaky and the Dog Star Patrol is enough to apprehend all of the remaining escaped Big City villains within a half-hour)
Stitch: Well, that's taken care of.
Peabody: And, according to my calculations we should be able to make it back to headquarters just as Krypto gets back from relocating that dragon.

Streaky *panting* Someone relocate me on a nice, comfy bed.

Stitch: Don't worry. There's a spare room in headquarters that has a nice bed.

Peabody- And this time, this feline friend really deserves it.

Brainy: Well, the mission is accomplished, so we have to be off now. (the Dog Star Patrol heads for their ship while Ace, Stitch and Peabody escort Streaky to their own vehicle and start back toward headquarters).

The pets are finally at home, taking a break.

Krypto (finally back from relocating the dragon): Well, I think it will, at least, be a while before we have to worry about that dragon again. So anything happen while I was away?
Ace: A massive break-out over in Big City. We rounded up all the escapees but only with the help of Streaky and the Dog Star Patrol.
Peabody: Stitch needed the Dog Stars' help to free me and Ace from Beastwoman's control.
Stitch: Ih. And Hot Dog and I needed Streaky to help take down an augmented Super Thug.
Ace: But after we dealt with all of that, we had all the help we needed to apprehend the rest of them in a half-hour.
Krypto: Sorry I missed that. Sounds like it must have been exhausting.
Peabody: Believe me, it was.

Ace - Yes, it seems Streaky is about to sleep for 2 days just to recover from this one.

Stitch: Ih. The saddest part is, he actually EARNED it this time.

Stitch, Peabody, Krpyto and Ace as a fighting team. .__. Nothing much to say except I would actually feel sorry for any villain to dares to threathen them.

I don't know what Mr. Peabody ever did besides going back in time via the Wayback Machine and making sure history proceeded the way it was recorded to have done.
