They are all sentient, civilized ducks, but the 'Sitting' ones are more animalistic ones.

And the Quack Pack ducks of Huey, Dewey, and Louie are pre-teen aged than the H/D/L seen in the old Donald Duck cartoon shorts and DuckTales cartoon series.
