Olga- He left in a hurry right before the ceremony. He gave Helga a note saying he couldn't marry me because he had to help humanity, and I couldn't be selfish to retain him if that was his life mission.

(In the show, the guy resulted a jerk and Helga found out; she threatened him with public exposure if he didn't leave, and Helga wrote a fake note so Olga didn't feel dumped, but only Helga and Arnold know about this)
