Because the visual style uses basic, not aero I was able to go to advanced system settings and turn off some things to make my computer faster, but they are things that I don't even notice so going from Vista Aero to this visual style almost made my computer faster.
BTW: For anyone with a slow computer, K-Melenon is a great browser that uses very very little system resources.
And im not sure if that is the exact wallpaper I used but I couldnt find it.
