I always thought this guy was kind of a pussy. His MASK gave him the ability to fly, but all he ever seemed to do was use it to jump over puddles
And he didn't even have his own vehicle, he just bummed a ride off Bruce. AND, he tried to be as cool as Buddy, with the whole 'not a real uniform' thing.BUT, Kris [link] Smith makes him look cool in his own wicked way.

hehe he came off much better in the UK and US Comics. The show made him sort of like a stereotypical jolly Englishman. The only part I didn't like was they always made him make terrible animal jokes
