The river person is the first thing that came to mind while I was reading the contest rules and such, I absolutely adore this character for its mysterious nature and way of speaking.
*Tra la la.
*Beware of the man that speaks in hands.
It just sounds so mysterious, and very interesting. This is why river person is one of my favorite minor NPCs.
Also, first time drawing water. With a few tips from some friends. Hope it looks okay!
