Which tool would you use for that? Dodge/burn? I prefer not altering my pictures most of the time.

u can use curve settings alongwith exposure settings to increase the ray density.
I too prefer not to alter my photos but sometimes altering them results in very eye-catching photos

that is so beautiful with B&W! the light reflecting in the water is so.. wierd, I never would have thun of that! keep finding abstract shots fella! JK but I do like how the sky is ble yet the water is black & white

Its just cause the sky was full of clouds so there wasn't much blue for the water to reflect xD.
